Bella Poarch's biological Filipino parents welcomed Bella in the Philippines, on February 9 in 1997. Her adoption took place at the age of three by her grandmother, who was a slum dweller. The family she adopted is by a Filipino adoptive mother and an white American army veteran. She claimed that both she as well as her adopted brother been abused since she was a young child, until the time she joined up. Following a brief time in San Francisco, her family relocated to Texas to aid her father undergo a bypass procedure. While the physical violence has subsided, she claims to have endured mental abuse from her father in the home. Poarch became a part of at the United States Navy at age 18. Poarch launched her TikTok page in April 2020. In less than 8 months, she'd accumulated nearly 40 million followers. Poarch uploaded a variety of videos and the one that became her most popular was her rendition of Millie B's viral hit Soph Aspin Send. An edited clip of her synchronized lip-syncing to the tune and jumping around into the song became a viral clip that became TikTok's top-rated video. When she first joined TikTok and gained fame, Poarch started up a YouTube channel and Twitter account. Poarch's burgeoning fame peaked during the month of December. Her burgeoning fame has reportedly brought two of the biggest professionally-run Esports Teams. FaZe Clan, 100 Thieves have both expressed interest in having her work as a freelance content creator for their respective brands.
